Wade Fawcett has been in the mechanical industry for 17 years. He became a Red Seal Journeyman plumber and a class B gasfitter at the age of 22. From very early on in his career he was given the opportunity to manage his own projects and has effectively planned and executed projects at a field level with contract values up to $1,000,000.

Wade then moved on to become a site manager and ran multiple sites and crews on larger commercial projects. He has overseen projects from both site and management levels that range in contract value between $10K to $25M. His experience on projects include 2-3 story office building, strip malls, restaurants, 10,000 to 200,000 square foot warehouses, tenant improvements, commercial retrofits, custom homes, wood framed multi family complexes, and high-rise (concrete) multi-family complexes.

Wade’s greatest asset is his drive to continue to grow and succeed. In the spring of 2017 Wade decided to use his ambition and extensive experience to take on a new adventure and started up Alloy Mechanical Contracting.
